Hi, the "wakan popup tool" works fine but the "screen popup tools" is invisible. I see a filcker as though it should have appeared but there is nothing.

I am running windows xp sp3.

Is this fixable?

Please try reading all earlier posts about problems before asking for advice (use search button at top of screen).

Try Daves fix from the following thread (3rd post down). It works great for me: http://wakan.manga.cz/forum/viewtopic.php?p=3758#3758

Dave's fix doesn't work. I still see nothing but a faint flicker. Same thing happens on my other XP sp2 machine.

Wakan is a fantastic app non-the-less.

"Activating" the Screen Pop-up Tool is choosing it with your mouse, when you hover over the tool button an activate/deactivate note is shown.

When you open WaKan the Wakan Pop-up Tool may be activated (shows up indented with grey border) i.e. selected. To use the Screen Pop-up Tool you have to select it so that it shows up "activated".

Did you try any of the other fixes mentioned in the forums?

The pop up tool actually works a little in firefox, in wakan there is still nothing. All that pops up though is the four little square buttons in the corner (clipboard stuff) and the letters ZRX0G...

Any ideas?

PS. I'm looking, but can't find any other fixes.
