|
I have been using WaKan for about half a year now and I want to thank the people who contributed in designing such a helpfull program.
I have mostly been using Characters/Dictionary/Vocabulary features but recently I started using the Editor / Translator. The thing is the the imputed text I either type or paste afterwards doesn't match either the reading nor the meaning.
For example I have uploaded a snapshot of a simple word namae-name. It reads chyaku and means non-nude erotica...(?!) Been trying to figure out what can be possibly be wrong. All the other features won't cause any problem. I have re-installed it but the problem remains. Up till now of all the words I have tried I don't remember any of them matching.

Just for the record I am using WinPro XP x64 SP2.
Edit: Also tested on my Laptop WinPro XP and not working there either |

| And how exactly have you pasted the text ("namae") into Wakan? It should work all-right of course (and it is working for me if i type "namae" in the editor). |
